Vice President, Client Services

Veronica Romero is vice president of Client Services at PacFed Benefit Administrators (PacFed). In this capacity, she is responsible for the maintenance of employer computer rates and profiles. Veronica began her career at PacFed in 2003 and previously managed the company's Member Services Department.

Veronica has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and is licensed by the state of California as a Life Agent.
