Hector Rendon

Hector Rendon joined PacFed Benefit Administrators (PacFed) after more than 40 years with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, where he worked his way up from file clerk to holding several key positions. These included union dispatcher, organizer and business representative in one of the country's largest labor unions.

At PacFed, Hector is responsible for advising the company on labor trust matters and working as a liaison with labor leaders. He has completed various labor relations courses through Loyola Law School, as well as workshops and seminars at the George Meany Center for Labor Studies.
