Christopher Espinoza joined PacFed as executive vice president in April 2021. With over 23 years of experience in the employee benefits field, he specializes in statewide and local multiemployer pension, individual retirement, vacation, and health and welfare plans. Christopher’s background and expertise enable him to handle a broad spectrum of issues related to plan administration, including benefit claims, fiduciary issues, multiemployer plans, withdrawal liability, delinquent contributions and subrogation. Prior to joining the PacFed team, he served as vice president of Zenith American Solutions, providing health and pension administration to nearly 2 million families from over 45 offices across the nation

Pacific Federal, LLC (PacFed) will operate as a subsidiary of Zenith American (Zenith), headquartered in Tampa, Fl. James Garrison will continue as PacFed president, and the company will operate at its current location in Glendale, CA. This is Zenith’s first acquisition in the Los Angeles area. With 44 offices across the country, Zenith manages benefit plans for Taft-Hartley trust funds, trade associations, government entities and corporate employers.
