With over 23 years of experience in the employee benefits field, Christopher specializes in statewide and local multiemployer pension, individual retirement, vacation, and health and welfare plans. He has exceptional knowledge and experience with Taft-Hartley Multiemployer Funds, and understands the information required for trustees and plan professionals to reach a collective decision conforming to the fiduciary standards of a fund.

Hector Rendon joined PacFed Insurance Services after more than 40 years with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters where he worked his way up from file clerk to holding several key positions, including union dispatcher, organizer and business representative in one of the country's largest labor unions.

At PacFed Insurance Services, Hector is responsible for advising the company on Labor Trust matters and working as a liaison with labor leaders. He has completed various labor relations courses through Loyola Law School, as well as workshops and seminars at the George Meany Center for Labor Studies.

Patrick McGarry

Patrick McGarry is controller for PacFed Benefit Administrators. In this role, he conducts the month-end closing process, generates and analyzes financial statements, and monitors daily general ledger activity.

Prior to joining PacFed Benefit Administrators in 2015, Patrick spent five years as a chief financial officer of a medical practice. Patrick attended the University of Southern California and obtained his CPA license in 1998.
